Meet the owner:
Vicki Koonce: I have lived in Austin/Manchaca area for 23 years. I am a certified Kennel Technician and have worked for veterinarians, Show Handlers, and Breeders in the Texas/ Austin area. I have always had a love for animals and have fostered many rescue animals throughout the years. I have been in customer service for over 25 years and I value and care for each individual that walks through our door like they were my own Family! Currently, I have a rescue kitty named Danny. My goal is to provide exceptional, quality, honest, old fashioned personal care for you and your loved ones. I am very excited about meeting all of you and your Pet(s)!
Meet our Groomers:
Cat Tucker: My name is Cat. People get a kick out of having their dog groomed by "Cat". I have been grooming for about 3 years. I am certified in the non sporting group and working towards getting my master grooming certification through NDGAA. I've been in Austin for about 4 years. I have lived in serval states but my 'home' is a tiny island called Kauai. I have a miniture poodle and lab at home. I can also do pocket pets nails if you have a little guy that needs nails done, bring em on in!
Lisa Novak: My name is Lisa Novak. I am originally from Chicago and moved to Austin 26 years ago. I have been grooming in the Austin area for over 20 years. My specialty is puppies and I blame this on my 5 Children. I also love other small breeds as well as large ones. I also groom and have a great passion for cats! I have alot of patience and love for what I do for a living and that's why I am passionate about what I do. It is very important for me to have a great relationship with my clients and look forward to meeting new clients and their people in the future!
All our groomers use quality clippers that reduce any risk of your pet(s) getting razor burn!
Steve Garritt: Steve is an animal lover that we are proud to have at Pride and Groom! He has worked with animals for 5 years and it shows in his patient and gentle nature. Steve is our honest, faithful Kennel Technician that takes special care of our boarders in our shop or at your home (pet sitting). Steve also drives our Pet Taxi so if you need us to pick up your pet(s), Steve is your guy! Just give us a call. You may see Steve on the weekends greeting you in the front. He always has a smile on his face and warm gentle hand with your little loved ones. We are lucky to have Steve with us at Pride and Groom!
